Welcome to PaRD's Fourth Newsletter!

Dear Reader,

We are looking forward to PaRD's 2nd annual meeting, which will be held on November 12th to 15th, 2017 at Wilton Park (UK) in cooperation with PaRD member DFID/UKAid. PaRD members and partners are kindly invited to attend this meeting and can still register here.

Wilton Park is a non-profit-making, Executive Agency of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office which runs over 60 events a year on international policy challenges. The key feature of their events is a highly participative framework with experts contributing on an equal footing in a secluded and neutral residential environment. The team at Wilton Park seeks to promote frank, focused and forward looking exchange and requests participants to commit to joining for the full duration of the meeting.

If you have any information to be featured in an upcoming newsletter or if you want to share your suggestions with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.

With kind regards,

Ulrich Nitschke
Head of the PaRD secretariat
